Graham Alexander is the latest Scotsman to be appointed manager of an English football club.

Alexander had ben working as head of youth development at Preston following his caretaker role as manager last season but has moved to the Highbury Stadium to replace Micky Mellon who was sacked in early December.
Alexander joins a long list of Scottish managers in English football including Manchester United's Sir Alex Ferguson, Everton's David Moyes, West Bromwich Albion's Steve Clarke, Aston Villa's Paul Lambert, Cardiff City's Malky Mackay and Bolton's Dougie Freedman.
