Former Premier League ref Keith Hackett says Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo needs to be pulled up for his tackling.
Rojo has suffered criticism for a two-footed tackle on Wilfried Zaha in Manchester United's 2-1 win over Crystal Palace last night.
"The referee had a stinker," Hackett said on talkSPORT.
"I don't know how he's going to get over that. I've never seen such a catalogue of errors.
"Sometimes you see a big error but not a catalogue. The law is quite clear, reckless with excessive force is a red card.
"The referees have got to get their heads together or we will have a player seriously injured.
"There are kids watching on TV, there are people in the ground.
"We can't have it or we will have players in hospital. I had off games when I was a referee but never as bad as that."
