Ex-Real Madrid president Calderon: Perez a puppet for Mourinho and Mendes
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Tue, 09/27/2011 - 06:58
Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has branded Florentino Perez a "puppet" for coach Jose Mourinho and super agent Jorge Mendes.
Florentino is coming under greater pressure after a difficult assembly with members.
Calderon said: "I think (the club) has an owner, called Jorge Mendes, the representative of six or seven players from Madrid, which has as president the coach, Jose Mourinho.
"Right now, Florentino Perez is a puppet. It is incomprehensible. I say this because he is a man who enjoys prestige in the business world. He's got a little empire.
"I'm surprised to see him a mere puppet operated by two Portuguese. I just do not understand it."

stupit Calderon, Mind ur busines. Corrupt leader. U left our account empty bt nw Perez is making it boyant. Get out! Jelous man.
true true...and all that for a coach who has one of the most expensive squad ever and only managed to win the copa del rey by one goal. And who could not even win the super copa even though he should have considering that his team had a longer and more productive pre season with all of their main stars than Barcelona (whom had most of their main stars on a break)
I find it hilarious that Real, one of spain's 2 biggest teams, is being run and manipulated by Portuguese (considering the history of rivalry between these 2 countries).... Now good for them if they are looking past that but the truth is that Mou has Perez under total control and Perez's only defense is that Mou is the best coach... which apparently entitles him to say or do anything he wants, even poke other people's eye, spend Madrid's money as he wants and for the advantage of Menez and his potuguese clients, always accuse every other team and every referees of cheating, having no humility ( meaning not enough maturity to be able to grow by admitting 1 or 2 defeats and self analyzing to learn for the future), using violence and cheating in every single one of their games ( it is not a coincidence that they have so many red cards and suspensions, and that's not only against Barcelona. Let us not forget the deliberate time wasting in the champions league to keep one or 2 players out for less important games. Ramos's meltdown at the camp nou. Mou's eye poking...or more recently the two dives from Marcelo and Di Maria)
