Former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has spoken of their failed move for Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
Aguero was also interesting Real when he was preparing to leave Atletico Madrid.
"He was a very good player when he played for Atletico and at the time we were trying to sign him but there was a clause that avoided him signing for Real and he went to England," said Calderon on talkSPORT.
On the prospect of Aguero moving this summer, Calderon is unsure.
"It depends on what is happening for the rest of the season. If Guardiola is happy with him and the player is happy with him and the team, that is all that matters."
