Former Real Madrid GM Jorge Valdano has taken another swipe at Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

Valdano was forced out of Real during Mourinho's reign as coach.

"Leaders who look to amass too much power are only effective for a short time. Mourinho is another example of that," Valdano told El Mundo.
