Former Real Madrid GM Jorge Valdano has continued his feud with Jose Mourinho.
Valdano insists he is not committing "treason" recognising the success of Barcelona and slammed the behaviour of Real coach Mourinho during the Super Copa.
"It is indisputable that Barca has achieved a dream for all who love football. Recognizing this is not treason for Madrid, it is the natural recognition of a way of football," Valdano told AS.
"After admitting this, you have to find a way to overcome it. But do not forget the nobility, nor principles, nor sportsmanship."
He continued: "No one should feel proud of what happened in that match (Super Copa).
"When things are so visible, there's no need to make a great effort to interpret them. The differences that existed between Mourinho and I should not become a 'mourinhólogo'."
