Former Real Madrid Castilla coach Alberto Toril is confident Jese Rodriguez will fulfill his potential.
Jese has been missing from Real's first team squad, despite his successful return from knee injury over Christmas.
Toril told AS: "Mentally and physically he's in good shape. What he does need is to play matches, it's the only way he's going to get back to the form that he had before his injury. If a player doesn't get match practice it's difficult to evolve.
"At times he comes on at moments when things are not going so well for the team and that's harder. When he gets continuous playing time, we'll see the best again. It's also worth pointing out that playing on the right wing is not his strongest position."
