Artur Numan reckons new Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish will smash the dressing room cliques.
Numan, who played under McLeish at Ibrox between 2001 and 2003, reckons Big Eck will banish any players’ cliques.
“There are always some players who are unhappy and complain about things when a new manager comes in and it was the same at Rangers,” Numan told the Birmingham Mail.
“I remember when Alex first arrived after doing well at Hibernian and although he had a good reputation nobody knew how he would get on.
“But as soon as he got in the Rangers dressing room and worked with the players there were no divisions – he got us all together.
“It worked because we were all playing and fighting for each other and it helped us to win a lot of trophies.”
