Ex-Rangers midfielder Matt McKay has expressed disappointment with his time in Glasgow.
And the Aussie admits his move to Busan IPark of the South Korean K-League came just at the right time.
"I was very fortunate to receive an opportunity to come to IPark. With Rangers entering administration, I felt it was a good time to leave. I wish I had more of a chance in Scotland as I thought I could have brought my own qualities to the team.
"However, I hope for the players sake that the club survives and the players that do remain have more success in the future."
The Australian international has thrived at IPark since signing a two-year deal in March, appearing in ten season matches and helping lead the Busan-based club to fifth in the table and a current eight game unbeaten streak.
