Ex-QPR chief Paladini urges Birmingham to get serious

Former QPR chairman Gianni Paladini has called on Birmingham City to get serious about a sale.

Paladini reckons flat-broke Brum are heading for disaster.

And he is leading a Milan-based consortium who are ready to make a £25million takeover.

Paladini said: "It's no secret Birmingham are in trouble. They've spent all their money and there's no more coming in.

"The owner has a court case coming up so it makes sense to sell now.

"Our consortium has a lot of money."
