Departing QPR chairman Gianni Paladini admits he didn't see eye-to-eye with Paulo Sousa.

Paladini left his role on Wednesday.

Paladini has worked with 12 managers at Loftus Road and he admitted to The Sun: "I got on well with all the managers, except Sousa.

"Nobody could tell him anything and he wouldn't listen to anybody, not even people who were trying to help him- he knew it all. He was so arrogant."
