Former PSG goalkeeper Jean-Michel Moutier is urging his old club to bring Arsene Wenger to Paris.

Wenger is weighing up his options after leaving Arsenal last week and is in contact with PSG about a director's role.

Moutier told Le Parisien: "Wenger at PSG, it would be great for him to climb the ladder.

"We know what he brought to football ... Such a personality would change the club and focus the respect of the players on himself."

Arsenal announced Wenger's replacement yesterday in former PSG coach Unai Emery.
