Former PSG coach Vahid Halilhodzic has slammed Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney and Chelsea's Eden Hazard for holding their countries "hostage" during the Euros.
Halilhodzic criticised both stars in his column for France Football.
"Several teams have been held hostage by their major players, who wanted to play their personal card. England suffered by Rooney's poor performance as Belgium did with Hazard.
"I've seen players who thought only to make individual differences like (Harry) Kane, (Daniel) Sturridge and even Cristiano Ronaldo sometimes."
On the positive side, Halilhodzic added: "(Hugo) Lloris showed he was the best goalkeeper in the world, alongside (Manuel) Neuer."
