Former Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson is keen for a swift return to management in time for pre-season. The son of ex- Manchester United boss, Sir Alex, left his second spell at Posh in February after four years.
And the 43-year-old has spent time at European giants Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in preparation for his next job.
"I've been to watch both Real and Bayern Munich train to learn some new techniques and that was brilliant," he told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"[I spent] three days in Madrid with [Real boss] Carlo Ancelotti and [assistant] Paul Clement. They were going through a tricky time and how Ancelotti dealt with it was interesting. They were very welcoming and I appreciated them looking after me."
"This next decision is a huge one for me in terms of where I go with my managing career.
"I'd love to get back for the start of pre-season. I can't turn too much down as I need to work but it needs to be right."
