Former Rangers star Ian Ferguson suggests the club will be back to its former glory days sooner than later under chief executive Charles Green.
The Yorkshire businessman has been on a tour of Australia recently to speak with 'Gers supporters about a variety of issues and Ferguson, who recently departed his head coaching role at Perth Glory, was very positive about what was happening at Ibrox with Green at the helm.
"It was great to hear Charles Green's talk to the fans tonight," Ferguson told the club's official website after Green addressed Rangers fans in Perth.
"He put across some great points and covered the finances, the direction in which the club is going under his stewardship and he was very open regards his plans for the Rangers.
"It was great to hear his support for the coaching staff and I would like to wish them, Charles, the Rangers fans and the club all the best for the future.
"Let's hope they get back to where they belong as soon as possible."
