Former Palermo boss Delio Rossi has dismissed talk of taking the AS Roma job.
Rossi is being linked with the Giallorossi hotseat after Luis Enrique's problematic start to life at the Stadio Olimpico.
"Roma have gone for a young, but important Coach," he told Rete Sport on Monday.
"If they chose him then it means that they are convinced that they can count on him. He needs to be shown some patience.
"Luis Enrique has brought some new ideas with him and I'll follow with interest what happens to them.
"I've not seen a Roma game yet, but I think that the Coach will have to adapt to the players that he has at his disposal."
