Midfielder Matt Kassel has signed with Philadelphia Union.
The 23-year old former New York Red Bull man joins the Union from USL club Pittsburgh Riverhounds after trialling in the offseason.
Kassel signed with the Red Bulls as a Homegrown Player at the beginning of 2011 but was waived by the club just over 12 months later and will now suit up with rivals the Union.
