Former Norwich City winger Neil Adams feels they can survive in the Premier League.
The Canaries are outsiders to stay up after winning promotion 12 months ago from League One.
Adams feels sure City will hold their own in the top flight.
"We all know how hard the Premier League is but I am pretty confident, hand on heart," he told Pink Un. "I genuinely think Norwich will be OK and will stay in the division. I don't think anyone associated with the club will be too concerned about people writing them off.
"And I think Swansea will probably have a better opportunity than QPR. They're a good footballing side and that will be suited to the Premier League and they're very strong at home.
"No disrespect to QPR, who played very well last season and deserved to win the Championship, but they are quite a direct side and may find it more difficult against Premier League defences. That approach can work but it's OK if you are Stoke and nearly everyone is over six feet tall and quite physical."
