Former Scotland goalkeeper Bryan Gunn says West Ham United's Robert Green is strong enough to bounce back from his World Cup gaffe.
The ex-Norwich boss worked with the hapless West Ham man when he was at Carrow Road - and claims he can put Saturday night's shocker behind him.
Ex-Aberdeen and Hibs star Gunn said: "He has definitely got the mental toughness. I worked with him as a 16-year-old at Norwich and he overcame some big injuries at that time for a youngster.
"Having watched him develop as a young goalkeeper and then go on to play with West Ham, I think he has shown the capability of overcoming big problems like this.
"He came out right after the game and he admitted that he had made a mistake. He sounded very positive that he could overcome it."
