Former Newcastle United winger Albert Luque believes the Magpies could be a great club if they were more stable.
Luque, who played with the Magpies between 2005 and 2007 and is currently playing with Malaga in Spain, tends to think that if the club didn't swap players and coaches so often they would become more successful.
"Newcastle are a club that offer you everything. They have plenty of money and always want to sign new players," Luque told Don Balon.
"New players constantly arrive, eight to nine each year, and the coach changes every three months each year. It is very unstable.
"Succeeding at this club is very difficult. If they were well organised, they would be a great English team. Living there day by day is not easy.
"It is a very different city, but during my years there I tried to settle into the team and into the city and as it proved impossible I decided to move to Ajax."
