Released Newcastle United defender Lamine Diatta admits he fancies a move back to the Premiership.

Olympique Marseille and PSG have been linked with the Senegal captain, who said: "It's always nice when clubs like Monaco, Marseille and PSG are interested in you. But I would also consider playing abroad, especially in England.

"I had a great time in England, a very nice championship which boasts great entertainment, commitment and enthusiasm. But a return to France wouldn't displease me."
