DC United currently have transfer links to just one player at this stage of the MLS offseason.
The Washington club have done little business thus far with Maicon Santos, Branko Boskovic, Mike Chabala and Stephen King departing and only re-signing Robbie Russell and Dejan Jankovic.
It is believed that former Manchester United academy player John Thorrington is the only player currently on DC's radar after they claimed him via the MLS Re-Entry Draft in December.
Ex-Huddersfield Town and Chicago Fire midfielder Thorrington was released by Vancouver Whitecaps at the end of the 2012 season and has yet to sign a deal with DC although it is believed an agreement is close.
