Former Manchester United youth coach Ricky Sbragia says David Moyes lacks the pull needed in the transfer market.
Sbragia, now Scotland U19 coach, worked with former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson at Carrington.
"David Moyes has had a problem bringing in the big hitters, the players he really wanted," he told talkSPORT. "Does he have the power and the personality that Sir Alex Ferguson had?
"Sometimes players would have signed for him because of who he was. He tried to get Cesc Fabregas, which didn't work for him and he brought in Marouane Fellaini, who he knows and can deal with.
"We'll see in the next transfer window who he can attract to the club, we'll see what players want to come to Man United for David Moyes."
