Yeovil Town manager Russell Slade has handed trials to released Manchester United striker Aaron Burns.

Burns was one of six reserve team players released by United at the end of last season having spent nine years at the club's Academy. He has spent the summer playing for Afurelding, an Icelandic second division side, while he is weighing up his options for next season, but he will now be looking to impress Slade when he arrives in the West country.
