Ex-Man Utd starlet Morrison says Twitter controversy sparked by racist abuse
West Ham United signing Ravel Morrison says his Twitter controversy was sparked by racist tweets he received.
The Sun says Morrison claims he was labelled a 'black f****r' in addition to 'crackhead' by people he believes are disgruntled Manchester United fans angry at his departure from the club.
Football chiefs are demanding to know why hothead Morrison called one a 'f****t'.
Morrison, 19, has submitted his observations on the incident to the FA and is now anxiously awaiting the outcome.
He joined West Ham in January for around £350,000 after talks at Old Trafford collapsed.
The youngster is in the first team squad for tonight's first v second Championship clash against Southampton at Upton Park.
