Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is targeting a France call-up to following his move to Juventus last summer. The 19-year-old has also helped the Turin club reach the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in seven years.
The teenager has already represented his country at youth level, most recently with the Under-20s.
He said: "I have enjoyed this season. To play 20 (league) games and score five goals on my first full season in the Italian Serie A, I am happy.
"Now I need to get that call up to the French national team. I am working towards that.
"If I keep performing the manager can think about me."
