Blackburn Rovers midfielder Corry Evans hopes to get one over FA Cup opponents Liverpool tonight.

Evans is a former Manchester United junior and the younger brother of Jonny Evans.

"Jonny hopes to be there to cheer us on, which would be great," said Northern Ireland international Corry. "He's a United fan like me and it would be great to beat Liverpool.

"I've been getting a lot of texts off my family and friends back home saying it would be great if we could put them out.

"In Northern Ireland, you're basically either a United or Liverpool fan. My family and most of my friends are United fans. I do have some friends who support Liverpool and it would be nice to put them out for that reason."
