Top sports psychologist Bill Beswick will work with FC Dallas for a five-day period ahead prior to the start of the 2010 MLS season.

Beswick has worked closely with English Premier League clubs Derby County, Manchester United and Middlesbrough plus the England U18 and U21 teams in the past and also spent five years as head coach of England's Basketball team which won Gold at the Commonwealth Games.

Dallas coach Schellas Hyndman confirmed that Beswick would work with the players on a number of various aspects of the game.

"When we get back, we have Bill Beswick in. We brought him in last year," Hyndman said. "He is a sports psychologist out of England. He'll spend five days with our team working with us whether it's leadership, stress or whatever it is."
