Phil Neville was eager to get started with Spanish side Valencia on Monday.
The former Manchester United and Everton star was appointed as Nuno Espirito Santo's assistant recently and was thrilled when pre-season training officially kicked off.
Neville used Twitter to speak of his new adventure and even managed to Tweet in Spanish as life in the east of Spain got under way.
The ex-England international replaced Ian Cathro at the Mestalla following his move to Newcastle United to join Steve McClaren's coaching staff.
