Former Manchester United, Rangers and Blackburn Rovers defender Henning Berg has revealed he is interested in the vacant managerial position at Hibernian.
The 42-year old Norwegian has turned his hand to management since retiring as a player in 2004, overseeing homeland clubs FC Lyn (2005-2008) and Lillestrom from where he was sacked in October.
Following the departure of Colin Calderwood on Sunday night, Berg admits the Hibs role at Easter Road is one that certainly appeals to him.
"I enjoyed my time in the UK as a player and would love to return in a managerial capacity," he told the Daily Record.
"The Hibs job is very attractive - I know they have great facilities at the stadium and training ground - and I'd love to speak to them."
