Former Manchester United fitness coach Tony Strudwick is delighted to see Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford with England's World Cup squad.
Strudwick spent several years working with United's senior and youth sides before linking up with the Wales national team.
He says it's time for Rashford - and Lingard - to make their mark on the global stage.
“We've had those players come through the system at Manchester United so we're always proud when they're called up to international level," Strudwick told the Daily Star.
“Rashford and Lingard are young dynamic, bright players and could do very, very well in Russia.
“It's their time, it's their moment now and they need to grasp that."
