Former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has made £2.3m after selling part of his wine collection.
The Mirror says the legendary Scot, who managed at Old Trafford for 27 years, was famed for indulging in a post-match tipple with opposing managers.
However, Ferguson has now made the huge sum after selling on more than 1,000 bottles of vintage red at an auction in Hong Kong.
