Former Manchester City and Sunderland midfielder Dickson Etuhu has signed with Sweden's AIK.
The Nigeria international admits the chance to play in Sweden was too good to refuse.
"There were many factors that contributed to my decision to come here. The most significant was the ambition and the character of the club. I realized pretty quickly that I'm on the same wavelength as the club's development, vision and future goals," Etuhu told the AIK website.
"It will be fun to be associated with something incredible in a country with its culture which I have always loved.
"What I can promise to the supporters is to contribute with experience, quality and hunger, which hopefully leads to both titles next year and many years to come."
