Former Manchester City and Southampton striker Bradley Wright-Philllips is delighted with his move to New York Red Bulls.
The forward is now waiting on a visa to complete the switch.
"I found out about them from my agent," Wright-Phillips told the New York Post. "I think he's got a few links over here and he asked me if I was interested, said they were interested and I thought I couldn't say no, you know what I mean?
"The players that are here, the facilities, I wanted to be a part of it. It was, you know, clubs in England and the Red Bulls. I've played in England for like 10 years maybe and I've never played over here. And like I said before, everything that you want in a club is here and I just wanted to experience it.''
