The 33-year old Frenchman is keen to end his career in the USA and told Ouest-France that he has one or two years left at the top level.
“I have several contacts with the MLS club and will sign soon. I still have one or two years of my career and want this experience,” he said.
Dabo kicked off his professional career in 1995 with French club Rennes and since then has enjoyed stints with Inter Mila, Vicenza, Parma, Monaco and Atalanta. He joined Lazio in 2003 and made over 120 Serie A appearances in two spells there, either side of his stay at Man City between 2006 and 2008.
