Sandefjord goalkeeper Eirik Holmen Johansen is backing Molde striker Erling Haaland to move abroad.
Johansen signed for Manchester City at 16 before spending time on-loan in the US with New York City FC.
Now 26, the keeper says Haaland should take his chance if Manchester United or Juventus firm up their interest.
"At that age you do not always think what is the best for your career. Even though you may not feel completely ready, you go. It's a big dream for many," he told VG.
"If Haaland feels ready and there is an opportunity, he will regret later in life if he does not take it."
