Former Manchester City coach Angelo Gregucci says Micah Richards still has a lot of work to do on his game.
Gregucci worked with Richards last season while being part of former manager Roberto Mancini's backroom team.
He told Sport Uno per Football Clan: "Richards did not have a great season last year, he had some physical problems.
"He does have fitness problems, but is capable of making a great impact.
"He has timing, strength, dynamism, is powerful, but tactically he must grow."
