Former Lyn Oslo chief Morgan Andersen has been indicted for fraud.
It involves a contract dispute over 20-year-old Chelsea midfielder Mikel John Obi, says The Sun.
The Blues, Lyn and Manchester United reached a settlement last year in the dispute.
