Newcastle Jets striker Emile Heskey believes things will soon change for the better in regards to Australian football.
The 34-year old former Liverpool, Aston Villa and England forward has been pleasantly surprised by his beginning to life down under and he feels that there is plenty of scope for improvement within the A-League.
"You know, everything so far has been really good - the coaching, the training sessions, the facilities," he said.
"Of course the Premier League is different. Every club is spending millions on the training facilities because everyone wants to gain that extra yard.
"Everything about the game in England changed in my career, and I'm sure it's only a matter of time here."
