John Aldridge believes Liverpool can win the Premier League title if they continue their solid form at home.
The Reds, currently placed fourth on the league table, have won nine of their past ten Anfield outings and former striker Aldridge is of the belief that similar winning form in their next six fixtures on Merseyside could guide them to glory.
"I think if we can win our six home games then it [winning the title] becomes a reality, whether we do or not is another matter, but we're well capable at home as we've shown," he told talkSPORT's Weekend Sports Breakfast programme.
However, Aldridge added: "I don't think they will [win it] but the main thing for me is that we finish in the top four and keep hold of our quality goods, like Luis Suarez, build on what we have achieved this year and get in the Champions League."
Liverpool host Swansea City, Sunderland, Tottenham, Manchester City, Chelsea and Newcastle United in their remaining home games.
