The 26-year-old says he hasn’t looked back since penning a long term deal with the Club on transfer deadline day, describing his first month at the Britannia Stadium as ‘most enjoyable’.
“It’s been very easy to settle in here to be honest with you. There are good players here and good people here so that always makes it a lot easier to come in to somewhere new and adjust to all of the new surroundings,” the Scotland international told Potters Matchday Magazine.
“I am enjoying myself, the guys have all been great with me, and I feel at home here already. I feel like I will continue to get better with every game that comes along, and I look forward to that.
“Hopefully I can get back to playing to the levels that I know I am capable of, and get back to scoring goals and being as clinical as I was just over twelve months ago.”
