Ex-Liverpool, Millwall, Fulham keeper Warner set for Blackburn

Tony Warner is reportedly close to a move to Premier League club Blackburn Rovers.

The 37-year old English-born Trinidad & Tobago keeper is available on a free transfer after his deal with Tranmere Rovers expired at the end of last season and the Rovers look like they will throw him a top flight lifeline.

Skysports.com suggests that the Ewood Park club are keen to bring the former Liverpool, Millwall and Fulham gloveman to Lancashire as back-up for Paul Robinson and Mark Bunn.
