Ex-Liverpool midfielder Redknapp: Chelsea need to rediscover their 'swagger'

Jamie Redknapp is confident Chelsea will win the Premier League title but believes they need to find their top form in the final two months of the season.

The Blues performances have dropped off in recent times with four so-so showings that thankfully have not really affected their premiership aspirations.

Jose Mourinho's side battled to a 3-2 win over lowly Hull City last time out which came after a 1-1 draw with Southampton at home, a narrow 1-0 win over West Ham United when they were largely outplayed and a subpar 1-1 result with Burnley.

On Saturday, the premiers-elect host Stoke City at Stamford Bridge and former Liverpool midfielder Redknapp has urged Mourinho's men to rediscover their 'swagger'.

'A six-point lead. A game in hand. Nine to play. For me, Chelsea will go on to win the title with the great advantage they've built up on their rivals,' wrote Redknapp in his pre-game analysis for Sky Sports.

'However, Jose Mourinho will want to get the team back to the form they were displaying earlier this season, when they were playing with a real swagger. That freedom and fluidity has dropped a little in recent weeks.

'Chelsea had to work really hard up at Stoke to come away with a 2-0 win earlier this season and they'll have to do the same on Saturday Night Football. The hosts have to win their individual battles and then their quality players can make the difference.

'I'm tipping a narrow Chelsea win in this one. It won't be easy but I can see the hosts wining 2-1 and ticking off another game in their pursuit of the title.'
