Former Liverpool midfielder Christian Poulsen says he is enjoying his time with French club Evian TG.

The Denmark international left Anfield to sign with the French Ligue 1 newcomers in the summer and has appeared to settle well with 11 league appearances so far this term.

"I have now started a fresh at a small club who are newcomers to Ligue 1 and I am hoping to find the desire again and I do feel that it's going in the right direction so far," he told Ekstra Bladet.

"I have noticed that I am starting to gain more and more flair in my game and I am doing fine."
