Former Liverpool and Leicester City striker Emile Heskey is eyeing a playing comeback at Bolton Wanderers.
The Daily Star says Heskey has joined the Championship strugglers in the hope of earning a short-term deal.
Heskey, who will be 37 next month, has not played since being released by Australian A-League outfit Newcastle Jets last season.
He scored just once in 19 appearances for the Jets in the 2013-14 season and decided to return home to find a move to an English club.
