Former Liverpool fullback Andrea Dossena is struggling to kickstart his career at Napoli.

The January arrival has been hit by several injuries since his loan switch.

"Dossena is going through a really bad time," agent Federico Pastorello told Radio Kiss Kiss.

"This season he just can't seem to train with any level of consistency. It's true what they say - luck is blind, but misfortune can see perfectly well where it's heading.

"Aside from this, we've got to have faith, as this lad still has so much more to give. He is very disappointed by what's happening, as he wants to prove his undisputed quality."
