Former Liverpool boss Roy Evans is excited by the attacking pairing of Philippe Coutinho and Danny Sturridge.
Sturridge, 23, has rattled in ten Premier League goals in as many games for Brendan Rodgers' outfit since his £12million January move to Anfield from Chelsea.
And Evans reckons Coutinho - an £8.5m recruit from Inter Milan in the last transfer window - will make goals for Sturridge next term.
Coutinho, 20, set up two of Sturridge's goals in the 3-1 triumph at Fulham last week and Evans said: "If you make the run, you've got a 90 per cent chance he's going to stick it in the right place for you.
"He's benefiting everyone - not just Sturridge."
