Former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez feels the dominance of Real Madrid and Barcelona won't last forever.

Benitez can see those teams below them improving rapidly.

"Valencia is third and doing very well and also doing very well are Athletic Bilbao, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid. These clubs, in my opinion, will return to the top," said Benitez.

"How soon will they catch up with the others? This is unknown. Historically, Barcelona and Real Madrid have been entities with immense financial power but now with television rights, the situation has changed.

"Anyway, I think the others are working hard, are performing superbly and also improving."
