Ex-Liverpool boss Benitez rates Barcelona's Guardiola ahead of Mourinho, Ferguson
Former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez rates Pep Guardiola ahead of Jose Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson.
Benitez was asked to compare Barcelona coach Guardiola with Real Madrid’s Mourinho and Manchester United icon Ferguson.
"It's hard, but not to evade the question, I say that I've always liked most the special way of interpreting football, an environment and life itself, which is Pep Guardiola," said Benitez.
"I think his greatest strength has been knowing to give continuity to the project. Stability is not as complicated as changing."

what criteria are we using to compare pep and jose? achievements or what? pep is enjoying the products of frank rijkaard, the players he had bought so far are underperformers, villa and ibrah. all his performers were players groomed by rijkaard, iniesta, xavi, messi, pedro, puyol, etal. mourinho is an achiever, he achieves success with his own players and has done so in different climates. before we can even compare pep with mourinho, pep needs to couch a couple of other clubs to ascertain his rate of effective coaching abilities.
to me JOSE MOURINHO IS FAR ABOVE PEP GUARDIOLA. with a team like barca of today, the worst coach in the world can couch them and still win trophies

i cant help but to comment on this; what are you pple arguing about, this is crazy. Check their HEAD TO HEAD then you'll know who is the better coach period. No need to keep exchanging unpleasant talks about this. The records and statistics dont lie!
