Carlos Ruiz could be set for a MLS return according to Guatemalan daily La Prensa Libre.
The 33-year old forward is reportedly set to join homeland club Municipal but reports suggest he is also in talks with Chivas USA.
The former LA Galaxy and FC Dallas star, who left Philadelphia Union to join Veracruz in 2011, is also reportedly attracting interest from clubs in Australia and Israel.
